Rated 4 out of 5 by Great and informative and a very knowledgable host. Only criticism was that there wasn't food accompanying the wines we were tasting. I'd gladly pay a bit more if we had some food (Tapas) as the course was conducted during dinner time so I was starving by the end of it. All in all, it was worth it. 28 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by It is only 24 hours since I finished the wine course, but even so, tonight I found I was no longer "drinking" the wine, but tasting it. Holding the glass by the stem, oxygenating the wine, letting it reach all my taste buds,and I really appreciated the flavours of the wine. The course was fantastic, full of information, and I now look for the length, the fruits, the acid etc.Thankyou for such an ennjoyable evening and one which will be life-changing. 7 February 2012
