Rated 5 out of 5 by Definitely worth the time and money The 90 minute at home massage was just fantastic. Being in your home gave you privacy and the comfort of familiar surroundings. The masseur was friendly and very well trained. All of the starins and stresses in my body disappeared and I felt so relaxed. Would recommend it to everyone 20 December 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by this was not a great experience I have had many massages in my life and this one was not anything special,. She did not provide any of the "luxury massage essentials" such as candles, scent or relaxing music. She set her phone alarm as screatching crickets to let her know ( and me!) that the hour and a half was up! She did not have a hand rest on her table and I had to get my office chair to do the job. I provided her with water (not vice versa!) In addition to this, I did not think her massage technique was anything special. She did a lot of pressure point, not kneading. All in all I was not very impressed and will not be booking red balloon again. I flew out to Bali the next day and had three BRILLIANT massages on the beach! 18 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome experience :) The lady who does the massage/facial has the most magical touch, great knowledge of different techniques and all round was a truly lovely person. One and only thing is this - I am sensitive to smoke and I could smell cigarettes pretty much the entire time especially when smoking fingers were doing my facial and I would have preferred if I didn't. This was not related to a hygiene issue at all - she was washing her hands before, durng and after, I think this must just be what happens if someone has smoked for a long time and the cigarettes become part of the person. Would it stop me from rebooking? No, not at all as she was so lovely and so good at what she does. Id just have to muster up the courage to ask about how we could get around the smokey fingers situation. 16 December 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointing was suppose to be a 90min massage, it went for 60min, as a mobile massuer myself, time to set up, leave realise you forgot your sunglasses come back and get them should not be included in the time frame of the massage 25 November 2012

This was my first time using an in-the-home treatment and I would highly recommend it. It was also very easy to activate my RedBalloon voucher.
