Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointed and fell cheated I was very disappointed with the experience, it was not what was writing in the red balloon review .it is "not " ...For the perfect spa day. it wasnt even 90 min worth. there was NO being wrapped in a warming body cocoon I feel like I had been cheated on what was to be a beauitful birthday present. left very upset.... 20 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderfully relaxing and pampering From the moment we walked in we felt pampered from the crisply laundered bath robes, towel and slippers provided to the personal attention of reception staff and therapists. Highly recommend the couples spa experience. Being able to use the mineral pool, steam room and sauna before and after our treatments really helped us to unwind. A very pampering experience from beginning to end. 18 January 2013

Would definitely recommend this - I got it as a gift and it was the best gift I have gotten all year! Definitely give it a go yourself, or consider gifting it to someone else! 31 December 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Relaxing to the max. Pleasant couples experience. Professional discreet staff. Wasn't sure what a Shiatsu inspired massage would be, found it a bit boring, could have done with something a bit more like a Bali massage. Overall pleasant and relaxing, Hubby fell asleep! Scalp massage involves quite a lot of oil so don't plan on going out afterwards or having your hair done before. 4 December 2012

My husband and I were given this as a Wedding Gift, it was beautiful... very relaxing, great staff and surprisingly very nice inside....shop front very daggy so you dont get a great impression going in but dont let that fool you! Would definitely recommend this experience to all couples, you will love it just as much as we did. 25 November 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad boring zzzzzz... We have had spa treatments in most parts of the world and I would have to rate this as the worst EVER. Not only was it boring but poor standards overall. I mean the the staff were friendly but the treatment was ..well bad. It started started seated on plastic chair, with feet in a salad bowl of boiling hot water with herbs. The quick foot wash was was by no means a foot spa or scrub, it lasted a whole 3 minutes. next came the massage part, if you want to call it that. It was not really a shiatsu , it was more like a light rub under a very thick towel if anything . Net got wrapped up in blankets while my hair was pulled and twisted. Not very pleasant at all. Was glad when it was all over. No music either. 20 November 2012
