Rated 1 out of 5 by I didn't enjoy this experience Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this experience, perhaps this sort of thing isn't for me and others would really like it. I wanted more of an explanation as to what products were used and thought the massages were awful, for example, the 'foot massage' was merely my calves and the tops of my feet being rubbed and the soles of my feet were neglected. I thought the staff were kind and polite, but I just wanted the whole experience to be over about half way through, but felt compelled to stay till the end, as this was a gift from my partner. 22 January 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by The experience was fantastic. It felt a lot longer than 75mins which was a big bonus. It was my first facial and I would go back for another. It was a pleasant surprise to have a back and shoulder massage as part of the package, along with the foot massage and facial treatment. Would highly recommend it. 14 April 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 My organic facial treatment was in fact, a foot, back and facial massage, it was a fantastic experience I would recommend to my family and friends. The products were beautiful and the staff very professional - I felt really wonderful when my treatment had finished, also my family said how good I smelt. A lovely 75 minutes treat which I will certainly experience again. 27 March 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very professional experience. I loved receiving the letter attached to the balloons, the packaging was well done! The staff at RedBalloon and the Spa were delightful. My only other comment is that I felt that the floors in the spa room were sticky and dirty.They need powerful pressure cleaning. I felt uncomfortable standing barefoot on them. That is something easily fixed which did not affect the beautiful treatment I received. 25 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by This was my very first time at a spa, and my very first facial. As I am allergic to pollens and some perfumes I was a little nervous about possible reactions to them. However, the staff were very knowledgeable and discussed all treatments with me before proceeding. As a result, I had no adverse effects. It was very relaxing and my skin is silky smooth. :) 13 December 2011
