Rated 3 out of 5 by Sorry but it wasn't what I expected The experience was a bit of let down because i was expecting something else. The advertisement mentions it is a Boeing standard simulator, in fact the cockpit is and the inputs are realistic but the whole experience isn't. Its quite misleading. Usually an aircraft simulator will move depending on your commands. When you are ascending it actually feels like you are and when you are descending the simulator dips to feel that command. There was nothing like that with our experience which was unfortunate. The staff were great at the venue and red ballon in organising the event though. Thanks 17 February 2013

The flight was a gift from my children so I don't know the cost but I think two items should be included up front. 1 Parking - The card capping the cost to $17.00 should be altered to make the parking cost zero. 2 Photos - Viewing the video there is not much to look at so I would suggest you make the posed photo without frame as part of the package and sell the video for a higher cost. I am not suggesting you give these things away but add them to the overall coat. Although undoubtedly worth It, it is not a cheap experience, so adding the two items above would not increase it greatly. Enjoying the flight without added expense would leave a good impression on your clients. Given my time over I wouldn't buy the video but should have bought the photo (at $30 I thought it was excessive) 14 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by This was a great introduction to take off and landing procedures This experience was a gift from my wife and we were both welcomed and attended to promptly. I have a life long interest in aircraft but I don't have a pilot's licence, so this was a great way to get hands on "flying" a 737-800 jet like the one we'd flown in a few days before. I do understand the principles of flight and flying an aeroplane so the flight instruments explanation took a bit too much time, but now I know exactly what goes on in a commercial aircraft cabin. 19 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by A very interesting hour in my life. Gives insight to one of mans greatest feats. To watch these ships of the air take of and land is still a miracle to me every time I see it. The hour in the simulator gives a once in a life time opportunity to see how it all works, or at least a taste of how it works. Makes me wish I had pursued a career in the industry. As a learner pilot 20years ago I had one experience of controlling a very light plane with a qualified instructor for about 20 minutes. But the experience in the simulator will satisfy any person with who would like to see how these giants of the sky go about it. A must see experience. 15 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Experience I recently received the 737 60-Min Experience from my wife and kids as a Father's Day present and must say it was an experience of a lifetime. The Staff made it as real as possible. So much so, I have decided to apply for my Private Pilot's License in 2013. I would highly receommend this to anyone. Thanks to all the Staff for a truly amazing experience. I will be back! 5 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A birdseye view ... I recently undertook the Boeing 737-800 Flight Simulator Experience and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was more complicated and challenging than I expected but this added to the excitement of being 'in charge' of a commercial airline. The only way that this experience could be improved upon would be to have the cabin on hydralics and for it to move in line with the images on the screen so that you get the full feeling of flying a plane. That said, I'd do it again. 26 November 2012
