The staff were excellent and really friendly, service was excellent and the food was also really good. We wouldn't hesitate to come bak again or bring friends or family. Rated 4 out of 5 by Fantastic lunchtime cruise with a close up view of The Queen Victoria docked in Sydney Harbour. We had a fabulous cruise, with drinks included. Drinks were good prices in any case. The Staff were very helpful and attentative the whole trip. The buffet was very good. We will definately book again and it would be great to share it with our friends. 26 February 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by just as good as I expected You can't beat Sydney Harbour, the food was quite nice and plenty of drinks. We stayed on-board for the 2pm to 4pm "re-visited" cruise which was great. (didn't see much during the first 2hrs due to lots of eating & drinking) It was really nice relaxing over a beer on the upper deck of the boat & enjoying the view. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent experience Booked this cruise to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and were not disappointed. Extended it to the 4 hr cruise with added drink inclusion,( not expensive) which proved to be great value overall. Food was better than expected for a buffet, with plenty of it, despite some people going absolutely gluttonous on the oysters and prawns. Organisation was great, no table service for drinks, but going to the bar to get them was not an issue. Choices on offer for beers, wine and Champers were good, although limited. Fortunate enough to have had good weather, which made it a great day. Would recommend this experience. 12 February 2013

The food was great with lots of hot and cold choices and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and the view and would highly recommend this experience to others. 20 January 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by A nice day out but not great value for money Overall we had a nice day out on the boat, but that was mostly due to Sydney's amazing scenery and less about the food and the actual boat. The boat itself was quite dirty and there were cigarette butts and bits of food on the outside deck (this was before anyone had eaten). The food itself was pretty good but not great. It all felt quite unorganised with huge queues to get the food. We were slightly disappointed with our experience and felt it wasn't good value for money. 18 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This was a very good experience We really enjoyed this luncheon, thank you Red Ballon, was a bit surprised when told that we would have to pay another $20 for a window seat, but they would upgrade us to a outside table if we wanted, which we took. When we went inside for the Buffett found plenty of window seats so sat their while we had our lunch. Food was very good, a lovely boat, weather very good day we went, and would do it again. Suggest you ask for window seat when you book. 17 January 2013

The combination of a roomy boat, beautiful harbour, attentive staff and excellent food made for a very enjoyable two hours. 2 January 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by We had a very enjoyable lunch & cruise. Our lunch and cruise was a gift to my wife from close friends and I guess our only disappointment was that it was a buffet lunch. Knowing what the per head cost was it seemed not value for money, particularly when there was no dessert other than a piece of cake and some fruit. The buffet was good with plenty of variety of food to eat. Nevertheless having said that, we did enjoy the whole experience and meet up with a delightful couple whom we spent the afternoon with. 27 December 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolute perfection ***** I bought this as a birthday gift for my friend and we both had the most enjoyable and relaxing day. We met two lovely couples who were seated next to us and we all enjoyed wonderful food, wine and the scenery and commentary was perfection. I learnt alot about our beautiful harbour and surrounds even though I was raised in Sydney. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys having a great time. Rated 5 out of 5 by The lunch cruise was really good. We spent almost 4 hours in the boat, eating, drinking, getting to know more about Sydney's Harbour history, taking pictures. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd recommend it to my friends for sure. 24 July 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by We had a lovely day. the only thing I thought would be good if on the scenic cruise they played the commentory. We stayed on board for the scenic cruise and positioned ourselves on the top deck to hear the commentory as we sailed around because we missed most of it the first time. also I would like to thank the young man serving on the bar. We were very thankful for his thoughtfulness and we thought he went beyond what was expected. The food was also delicious. It was a wonderful day. 10 July 2012
