Rated 4 out of 5 by This was a great experience! Staff was nice and friendly and I learnt a lot. The only negative would be that during the lesson the makeup artist was constantly leaving to answer the phone or help walk in customers. 21 January 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Amazing products but not so amazing service! This was less a makeup lesson, and more having my make up done for me.... The girl who did it with me wasn't very clear about what she was doing and seemed in a rush the whole time, on the up side the products are amazing... I would definitely recommend this if you know you are going to spend at least $95 anyway but not really for a beginner.... 19 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I looked ten years' younger after my make-up lesson! I really enjoyed my make-up lesson....and this is from a woman who rarely bothers with make-up! The staff were friendly and put me at my ease, and they took time to listen to what I wanted to get out of my hours' lesson. They gave me some great tips on how to apply make-up and my 'look' was bang-up-to-date. Lovely products and colours. I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars and looking ten years' younger! My husband did a classic double-take when he saw me! It was a lovely experience and one I would highly recommend whatever age you are! 12 January 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome & worth it I cannot recommend this highly enough. Connie was great, taught me so much and products are excellent quality. Got more than my monies worth, got the lesson, products and also got a free makeover chucked in which i used for my xmas party. Lovely staff and really love the products which i had never used before. They took into account what colours i liked as well as advised on colours i could wear. Do this, you will not regret it!! 29 December 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great review This was a excellent experience, as my daughter loves makeup. She thought the staff where excellent and very helpful, and the value for money was superb. The only thing we found a bit difficult was finding the place, but as we where not from Sydney that was to be expected. So a big thank you Red Ballon 6 December 2012

The girl that did the lesson with me said it was her first day but she was fnatastic!!! Really helpful and seemed like she had been doing it for ages! plus the added bonus of having your make up done and also redeeming the voucher in products :).... FANTASTIC =o) 30 November 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by What a lovely experience I wasn't sure about this at first I thought it was for the young but what a delightful experience thanks to the wonderful young lady who taught me much on this visit! Wonderful to see the young teaching the more matured person! I would encourage any friend to enjoy this make over experience The only negative would be the seating, it is very uncomfortable sitting on high stools for a period of time and they constantly swing. Otherwise a great product and experience. Thank you! 29 November 2012

I was dreading going to this however the makeup artist at Napolean was friendly, patient and considered in assisting me to recreate a new look for myself. A really worthwhile experience. 6 May 2012
