Rated 4 out of 5 by Seafood Feast! Good Quality seafood enough to feed a family. So much fresh local catch so by the time the Chilli Mussels was served we hardly touched them because we were so full. And I love mussels! The restaurant is nicely located in the heart of Darling Harbour and we had a table to ourselves looking straight out in to the bay. Could have not asked for more. 1 May 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by this was a realyy top experience we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. took two friends with us who also requested the same deal and they were overwhelmed. the seafood was delicious , the service good and certainly great value for money. anyone who complained about this deal does not deserve to be eating out on a beautiful day in darling harbour. 29 April 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant! Whilst the voucher was a Christmas gift, we choose to use it to celebrate my partners birthday. From the time I validated my voucher, found out our venue, Nicks Seafood restaurant, to the time we left the reataurant, nothing could be faulted. The food was second to none, the service outstanding, the view breathtaking. I will defiantely use Red Balloon myself as gifts for friends in the future. How much easier can it get? 28 April 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great. Value experience So often you think that these kinds of packages won't amount to much...wrong in this case. Great food, ok service but it was a Saturday night and we walked out barely able to walk. Generous serving sizes not tasting plates and wide variety. By course three we couldn't finish the meal. To top it off fireworks....neat experience and great value for money. This is among the better dining experiences on the balloon. 27 April 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Its an average experience. I was disappointed with the quality of seafood. The king prawns were not fresh, but more likely from a frozen pack. Oysters not very fresh. However, fish was good, so were muscles. There was alot of food, but quality of the seafood is not the best. The waiter serving us was very nice, but not the head waiter/ manager though, he was quite unfriendly. 26 April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit for a king! Delicious food. Man Vs Food stuff... All courses were spectacular (highlights - oysters, morton bay bug and calamari) and we loved the option of dessert instead of the 3rd course... but to ensure value for money, we recommend getting the 3rd course over dessert... I was expecting a single plate like the other courses with all the various foods stacked on... What I got was another 4 plates stacked high... the muscles were the largest I've ever eaten - would have fit in the palm of my hand. The whole fish was easy to scrape off the bones. The greek salad was packed with flavour! The chips were the only thing that didn't live up to my expectations (overcooked), but most of my attention went into finishing the seafood anyway, and the chips were a low priority, so this meal overall was extremely satisfying! A great spot on Darling Harbour, and surprisingly quick service :o) 22 April 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Enjoyed the experience Good food, wait staff knowledgeable and attentive although tended to try to upsell quite a bit, then again the restaurant is in a tourist precinct. Rated 5 out of 5 by This was an exceptional dining experienc This was a seafood dining experience to be remembered and provided taste sensations that we haven't previously had. This is a three course seafood meal however we were offered and decided to take a desert alternative for the third course and this was amazing also. We would recommend this experience to any seafood lover and we will be doing this again. 14 April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by A great all-round experience. We couldn't find fault with anything or anyone. When we arrived at 12pm , we asked that the courses be streched out over a longer time as we had heard they were quite big and we are not young so we felt this would suit us better. They were very obliging in this respect and we didn't leave the restaurant until after 3pm. The food was simply fantastic...! 29 March 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by I would change nothing. How good was our lunch. Fantastic. Being a gift certificate I thought we would get a spot in the back of the restaurant somewhere. Instead we got the best seat in the house, a great vista. Then the best part of all. The food. More than we could handle but we managed. On par with the last similar experience. The Crab Pt in Seattle on valentines day a few years ago. Thanks guys, that was a real treat. Oh and thanks to my daughter for the Red Balloon present. By the way been once before, again courtesy of my daughter for fathers day. 21 March 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location and food Apart from the john dory being not that tasty(a bit off) the rest of the seafood was fantastic. I felt there was too much food for 2 people and hence the price. All three courses were meal size...too much. I would prefer to have a more reasonable price but with nice entrée size , better main meal and a dessert to finish off a good night out. Also would prefer a better quality fish such as barra or atlantic salmon. Otherwise it was quite good overall. 19 March 2013

The seafood restaurant was a fantastic experience from several aspects - the table they gave us was excellent which is a nice change when restaurants already have the money in their till, the food was great and there was certainly an abundance of it, they gave us the option the last dish due to the amount of food in the first two dishes which we really appreciated, and the waiter was wonderful. All in all, just excellent 18 March 2013
