Rated 5 out of 5 The experience was great, our chef was very good with his descriptions and how calmly he worked which rubbed off on the participants. It was so easy to follow how the meals needed to be prepared. The pace of the lesson was very good, and it was good at the end of the class to discuss the whole experience with the owner of the restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone. 18 November 2011
