Rated 5 out of 5 by Afternoon tea Some years ago we had a very bad experience at dinner in the Grand Dining Room, with dinners brought to the table, whisked away then returned, and a glass of wine spilled by a waiter, having our dinners get cold while the table was relaid and no offer of a replacement of the wine or an apology. We had not returned until the afternoon tea which was a gift to my husband and me. Thankfully our afternoon tea experience restored our faith in the Windsor. 24 February 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A lovely experience Came in on the train, Parliament Station just on corner. A lovely relaxing glimpse into a bygone era. Petit Fours were beautiful & the service was impeccable . Loved every minute of it & would certainly go again. This was a great Birthday gift from our children.We always get a Red Balloon experience & look forward to our next one. 22 February 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience My brother bought the voucher for afternoon tea at the windsor for our Mum and asked me to accompany her. It was for her birthday. The experience was wonderful the staff were very attentive, the food was beautiful and the Windsor is a magnificent venue. I will definately be going back!! 21 February 2013

The cold Australian sparkling wine on arrival was greatly enjoyed as we sat in a beautiful dining room awaiting the food. It came on a silver, tiered server and was quite delicious. Tea and coffee were freely available and the waiting staff could not be faulted. A great experience but a little pricey. 20 February 2013

Stunning venue, lovely food and polite attentive staff.We did the 12 o'clock session and it was enough for lunch. 10/10 Book now everyone x 13 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous Day Out. Such a wonderful gift I received this experience as a gift for my 18th birthday. Although the Windsor hotel is quite old dating back to the early 1900's the high tea room was refurnished into a modern day classical room. I felt as though i was sitting in a room on the titanic, which was so much fun to experience something like this. The staff and waiting services were impeccable. I felt like such a princess, they were so kind and everything was basically on your beck and call. We were served 3 tears of food. One with savory finger foods, another with an assortment of petite fours and the last with an assortment of high tea sandwiches. Everyone got 1 of each food item. The food was amazing ! Deserts were finely detailed, they were absolutely beautiful! Tea is obviously served, a complimentary bottle of champaign is given and scones are later distributed after your tasting platter is finished. It was a memorable experience and i would certainly do it all over again. 27 January 2013

I really enjoyed the Windsor experience, the only thing that spoiled the day was.that it cost more to park the car than it did for the High Tea. I think I would rather go somewhere where the parking was easier! This is why I would probably not recommend going again. As far as the Windsor High Tea I enjoyed it immensely. 23 December 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Everyone should do this once in a lifetime originally bought this experience for my husband to share with his mother. Sadly she passed away before they could arrange a day. we went together instead in her honour. We toasted her with Champagne and reminised about her life. It ended up being a great afternoon. 3 December 2012
