I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene setting in which to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The service was good, the staff very obliging and I hope to make a return visit in the near future... 19 January 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by It was a very average experience. It was a long way to travel for a mediocre breakfast which we could have had at a Travelodge or local cafe. Thought it was overpriced. The room we were put in did not reflect the quality of the house. 18 January 2013

BF, Sloppy scrambled eggs on soggy toast on small dinner plate.There were no effort to make it look presentable. The worth things were our coffees In any coffee shop in Melbourne you can get a decent cup of coffee but not at Woodman's We were very disappointed as we looked forward to have a good food.. 15 December 2012

Wonderful place to indulge yourself and a special someone would love to stay in the accomodation . Pity the breakfast wasn't set up for outside dining the weather was brilliant. Might want to improve the walking trail though it was a tad rough in places. 25 November 2012

We were greeted on arrival by very pleasant staff who explained clearly our choices and from then on looked after us with care ... Then came the wonderful experience of delicious food, views over the lake as well as a glowing ambiance with a log fire. Our experience was exquisite. 11 April 2012
