Rated 5 out of 5 by What a fantastic hour long treat This Red Balloon voucher was part of me retirement gift so I took my daughter along with me and we had the most wonderful relaxing hour of pampering. We could not fault anything, the staff were very professional, the salon was close to home and we made a day of our outing having lunch close by afterwards. 18 March 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Very relaxing This was a lovely footbath, dry brush and massage, with a very nice therapist, but I felt it was very expensive. I HATE being given a form to fill out and being left for 8 minutes, and being given time to undress and being left for another 7 minutes... I felt as though I was done out of nearly 15 minutes of massage time. 3 March 2013

Friendly, experienced staff made you feel comfortable and the experience was divine. Truly relaxing and enjoyable. I'll go back again. 2 March 2013

I felt the product description was inaccurate and poor value for money as you can get a remedial massage for an hour for considerably less than this. It did not feel like a luxurious experience as discribed, which would justify the cost. 23 February 2013

The therapist was pleasant professional and warm without being over the top. The room was pleasant and very clean. Loved the foot bath and massage to start with. The dry body brush was intereseting but not unpleasant 15 February 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 It was great but not what I expected I purchased this massage & scrub as I thought it was only foot, back, shoulder, head, arms. In the description on Red Balloon it did not say it was a full body massage, and I did not want my legs massaged. The service was excellent, but I was uncomfortable so did not enjoy as much as I would have if it were not the full body massage. 10 February 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by It really does relax your mind! I was running late, so I was quite happy that they were able to postpone my appointment for 15mins. I got there, and though a little hard to see from main road, they take care of you from the minute you walk in. Water served, then into the room, prep for session...and the feet massage, with the dim lights and the soothing music, it was a combination for relaxation. The massage was heavenly - and the therapist great. Would do it again :) 5 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent service provided to my wife and I We would have appreciated a shower after our massage. None made available. Quite expensive. Other massages in Melbourne = $60 - $80 range. Staff excellent and most polite. Will recommend to friends/neighbours 1 February 2013

They go through what to expect for the whole treatment, then they let you lay back in peace and quiet to enjoy the experience. I walked out feeling totally relaxed, and my skin is still soft days later. absolutely heavenly. I will definitely be doing this again. 25 January 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by FANTASTIC!!! This massage was fantastic, all I wanted was to relax, and i definitly got that! The whole venue was clean and relaxing as soon as you walked in the door. The treatment room was fantastic, there were no background noises and the lady 'working' on me was lovely, well trained and attentive. It was the best hour to myself i had had in a long time. Rated 5 out of 5 by What a relaxing experience! My experience with this one hour full body and mind massage was absolutely great and definitely relaxing. I liked the staff, who were friendly and made sure the experience was a relaxing one. My only issue was with the loud customers outside the room I was in but I think that had nothing to do with the service provided but more to do with the inconsiderate customers that were outside at the time. Overall I was impressed with the venue, presentation, relaxing atmosphere and services and would go back again in the future. 21 January 2013

Tokie went the extra mile to pay special to areas of my body that were sore and literally floated out.
