Rated 5 out of 5 by this was a great great experience after the second course my wife gave up eating,while i kept going just as well i did because if i did'nt, i would've missed out on the delicicious muscles and the mouth melting flounder, which by the way got my wife to join in again. we could't complain about the service ,there was plenty,as you arrive during the three course meal and up till the time you leave,if your a seafood lover for which i am i could'nt help the feeling that i had the best birthday present,and the best meal for a long time,few days later and i am still tasting it and talking about it 17 March 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic! Will definitely go back! Absolutely loved it. The food was perfect. The waiter was great. We couldn't eat the 3rd course so swapped it for sorbet which was delicious. Great location and wouldn't hesitate to go back any day! 14 March 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by We had a great time! Lovely location, great service and a MOUNTAIN of food. First two courses were fantastic, but the main course was a disappointment. The fish was a bit sloppy and the mussels were an odd choice for a main. But overall it was a fantastic night and there was so much food, we could barely fit the mains in! 5 March 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Set Menu I was disappointed in it being a 'set' menu. I would have much preferred to chose my own meal. There are quite a lot of seafoods that I don't like and there were a lot of them on the platters. Luckily my husband eats everything and let me eat all of the foods that I like. However, in saying this, the Moreton Bay Bugs were the BEST I have ever eaten and the biggest! 3 March 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing food, great atmosphere We were seated immediately on arrival, each course was served promptly, seafood was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly, For our third course they offered us dessert and coffee if we didn't want more seafood but we chose the seafood as it was so nice. Very relaxing atmosphere. 28 February 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Have had better experiences I did not like that our menu was a set menu we would prefer to have at least a choice and when you are offered 3 courses you would expect entre, main and dessert instead we were offered 2 entres and one main to share with a glass of beverage each. We were not offered any bread or side dishes e.g. chips or salad. We were given the option by our waiter to replace our main meal with dessert. We decided to take this option and even though dessert was tasty did not feel that the value of dessert replaced the main meal. Overall we were disappointed in the presentation and value for money of our meal. 26 February 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Seafood Sensation in Sydney From the minute we walked in this was bound to be an excellent experience! Super welcoming, efficient, attentive, knowledgeable waiter, food came quickly, excellent flavour in every morsel of fresh, succulent seafood! The only criticism is too much protein, and dessert wasn't included in the package, we would have preferred less seafood and a dessert. We had to stop for 1/2 hour to let things settle before we took delivery of our whole fish and plate of mussels - thank God - otherwise we wouldn't have been able to finish. 21 February 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by This experience was given as a gift and was wonderful We recieved this Dinner for 2 as a gift. Although is was a rainny day,The location was perfect, the service was friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional, fresh, and each dish well presented. My partner said there could have been a few more prawns on the first dish.though. We were given the option by the waiter to substitute the 3 course for dessert if we wished, as it was rather large. We declined thinking we would also have dessert after it! The fish and the large bowl of mussels, chips and salad were overwhelmingly sufficient. Great experience would definatley go there again with friends. 2 February 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Great grub, horrible hospitality Great setting albeit dance music in background not exactly providing ambience. Floor manager or banquet supervisor very unprofessional and lacked basics such as manners, courtesy and enthusiasm. Essentially ruined our dining "date night". Food quality however was amazing, served promptly and waiter very accommodative when we wanted to stray from set menu. If senior management perfected their hiring of service staff just a little better, the whole night would have been 5 stars. 26 January 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 Brilliant I gave this to my parents for Xmas as they were on holiday here from Scotland and heading up to Sydney for a trip, the whole experience was just perfect, we would highly recommend it as a present from their description the only downfall was too much food so no problem there, we have also had a balloon ride over the city of Melbourne before which was also excellent so may well shop with Red Balloon again! 23 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Recommend to everybody This was a gift to my parents as visitors to Sydney and lovers of seafood. They were amazed at the quality and quantity of the meal. The seafood was amazing and each dish was served with flair. They also stated that the service was 110%. They requested that they move to inside the restaurant due to the hot sun and this was no problem. Would recommend this Red Balloon experience. 23 January 2013

The meal was outstanding from the first course to the third course. Mouth watering, delicious and plentiful couldn't finish and not for the lack of trying.
