Rated 5 out of 5 The present was a gift from daughers for my wife and myself so to this date I have had no need/knowledge of the website. It was a great experience despite the fact that we use the harbour often with visitors and family; the weather was ideal. From my standpoint a feature of the day was the friendliness and appropriateness of the two main staff on the ship. Whilst I think the cost is reasonably good value, to travel a little further down the harbour towards the heads, adding perhaps 30 minutes or so to the trip would be a drawcard that users would share with others and good publicity. All in all though, a perfect gift for family, friends or awards. Thank you. 26 March 2012
