Rated 5 out of 5 by The course was well run, and on time. The information provided was very relevant especially to people who want to become baristas or are already working as a barista. The instructor gave clear concise instructions with added dashes of humour. His assistants were also very helpful with the hands on part of the course. Would recommend it even if you just wanted to know how to use a home coffee machine properly. 13 May 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by I left the course and immediately phoned my sister saying it was the best birthday present ever. I have told approx 10 people about it in the 24 hours since the course. I would normally tell this many contacts about an adverse experience, as per marketing theory, however this course justifies such positive feedback. 4 May 2012

The 3 hrs went quickly & I'm looking forward to trying out different machines at home, workplace & church. 22 April 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by The barista course I did was very good, covering a wide range of topics and thoroughly explaining each component before moving on to the next section. The teachers were friendly and had great experience in their field and I felt I left the day with a new set of skills ( and a TAFE certificate to go with it!). In summary a very good experience that I would recommend to many other people looking to train as a barista or simply learn more about coffee in general. 21 April 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by The actual course was more trade orientated that I expected...most of the participants were young would-be baristas but it was nevertheless educational and most, if not all, was also useful in a domestic situation. I learnt a great deal, especially abougt avoiding bad coffee which is equally as important as making a good cup and I shall be changing my techniques in some areas as a result. 12 April 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by We both felt the Barista Course was very comprehensive and professional. Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and interesting and didn't falter once in the three hours. She was very helpful with advice and very generous with her time and I have a much better understanding of what it takes to make a great coffee. The notes and follow up website have been invaluable. It was a most enjoyable and informative experience. I am hoping to do the Coffee Art Course next. 4 April 2012
