Rated 5 out of 5 by Total bliss! As I have visited this location as a client on previous occasions, I was well aware of how things were run. My therapist proved to be the best I have ever had and really treated me with care and respect. Sometimes with gift vouchers the service can be less than special, but I was treated to an amazing hour of relaxation and care and will request the same therapist when I next visit. 17 January 2013

I would have liked to have been given five or ten minutes at the end to relax on the massage table rather than be hurried off to enable the next customer to come in. I am not sure I would pay this money myself to have this treatment but as a gift it was a pleasant experience. 8 January 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Had really looked forward to it and was disappointed I had received this as a gift and had been looking forward to the special experience for 3 months. The staff were 30 minutes late to start the appointment and then said that I was not getting what I had ordered! After another wasted 10 minutes (of the treatment time!) they finally agreed to do the full body massage with little effort. I felt very disappointed and couldn't get out of there fast enough....the venue was nice but unliklely to return. 26 December 2012

I liked the online booking facility and the expediency of the provider to respond. They were professional, the facility was excellent and the entire experience a most memorable way to enjoy a birthday. I had wanted to experience a day spa so this was perfect. I will highly recommend this to family and friends and most certainly look at using this as a gift option in the future myself. 16 December 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Customer service lacking I have been to plenty of day spas and have had many massages before so I am used to a certain standard of service. My therapist did not introduce herself to me. She did not ask me any details of any areas where I might be tense or where I might want her to focus on. She didn't ask me what depth of pressure I am comfortable with either. By the end of the massage, she said she would have a water waiting for me outside. I changed and headed out and she was nowhere to be seen. Overall, it was a good massage but I feel the therapist could've communicated a bit more and not just do the treatment and leave. 6 December 2012

It was such a relaxing experience and my skin remained moist and soft for at lease four days after my massage. Thank you to the person who performed the massage, and thank you to my son who bought this as a gift for me. 20 November 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This was just what I needed. The experience can only be as good as the person taking care of you and in my case, the lovely Maria at Martin Place Endota, was exceptional. Taking care not to hurt my injured knee, Maria was skilled and sensitive and took such great care of me. The essential oil we chose was called clarity, and that ist just what I got from my mind and body massage. I reached a deep state of relaxation and gained insight on how to move forward over the next few busy months. 18 November 2012
