Rated 5 out of 5 by It was an experience in the two years of making and worth the wait. The trip was fantastic and surprisingly very smooth and quiet. Our welcoming talk was very professional and congenial. Our pilot was very friendly. We asked him if it gets boring and the reply was "I've done this about 500 times this year and I still love it". What further recommendation do you need? These comments are a combined effort between myself and my wife Sue who flew the same day. 2 June 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the most exciting events of my life. I have flown in fixed wing planes , a glider, a float plane ,and other helocopters but this has the best ever. James the pilot was great. I will recommend this to everybody 23 May 2012

Very smooth flying and good commentary. We happened to have had a sparkling sunny, windless morning for our flight. 30 April 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by We had an amazing time, our pilot was grate he introduced us to the flying word and was a excellent tour guide too. We loved it and once on ground fealt like wanting to do it again!!! It's a wonderfull way to get to know this beautiful city better. An experience that I will absolutely suggest Red balloon team was very efficient and helpfull I will definitely use it again and suggest it to all my friends 28 April 2012

Choosing the day and time to go was easy, then we had another family member visiting us that weekend so was able to include him on the experience as well. The heliport guys were extremely professional, friendly and very flexible. Would absolutely recommend it to friends - locals as well as tourists. 23 April 2012

RedBalloon's helpful staff were great as my voucher expired by one day and they extended it for another month. Highly recommend this service and now looking at doing a photography workshop.
