Rated 4 out of 5 by I enjoyed the course. There was some information that was more suited to someone who wanted to open a coffee shop but nevertheless it was great to be able to make coffees on a commercial machine and I think it has made me more aware of what to look for when I purchase coffee and coffee beans. The instructor was very knowledgeable and they packed a lot into 3 hours. 27 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by The experience was very informative and helpful to a novice/domestic coffee maker. The location was easy to get to (via train) and the trainer and helper were friendly and provided good feedback. Now all I have to do is to put it into practice! Loved the training. 26 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Myself and my three friends thoroughly enjoyed our Barista experience. The presenters, Katherine and Brittany were exceptional with their presentation and knowledge. From the initial welcoming to the end we felt comfortable with the presenters and asking questions of them. The environment was well set up with fantastic equipment and all information provided was exceptional. We would definately recommend this Course to anyone wishing to gain or develop their knowledge and skills in the coffee/cafe business. Job Well Done !!! 20 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by The Barista course in Melbourne was fantastic. Hands on and great teaching by experienced and encouraging teachers. I love my coffee and it was great to get an overview of what all the different roasts mean, learn how to serve all the different coffee drinks correctly and to sample the difference between good and bad coffee. Would highly recommend. 13 February 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by It was great coming away with a TAFE accredited certificate, I didn't realise it was so official! More time doing the practical component would have been great - even just an extra 10 minutes. It felt a bit rushed. But in saying that, the theory component was very interesting, entertaining even. 12 February 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Loved the structure and pace of the day. Very glad that I took my own notes as I would have lost a lot of info otherwise. I would have liked more oversight whilst I was making the drinks. 5 February 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Size of room was a little too cozy. Would have liked if info learned (not just coffee types) was available to take home (ie typed up fact sheet). Would have preferred if afternoon session was a bit later ie 2-5pm. Really enjoyed the course otherwise. :-) 26 January 2012
