Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff very pleasant and gave excellent service and although a short cruise ( 90 minutes) very enjoyable, lots to see. A good preliminary to the concert we were attending at the Opera House which commenced at 8pm. Don't hesitate to give this experience a try. 29 December 2011

Rated 3 out of 5 by the staff on the John Cadman (martin in particular as our waiter) was brilliant. the only negative thing (which you couldn't help) was the weather was awful (torrential rain and couldn't see a thing), but overall the feed was okay but the service was brilliant. 22 December 2011

The food was great however at times is s little difficult getting the staffs attention not to say that they are pleasant everybody was very polite! 11 December 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by When we arrived at the boat we were mistakenly setaed on the "cocktail cruise" deck. By the time we realised that there was not time to eat dinner before docking we talked to the staff about our dillemma. It was then that the mistake was found. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic askeing us to stay on at no charge for the next dinner cruise. As we had a prior engagment it was decided that we could come back the next day for the 3 course lunch cruise, which we did . It was a beauitful day on the harbour and lunch was lovely. Definitely a win for us. Thaks RedBalloon- I've used you in the past and will continue to do so in the furure. 13 November 2011
