The seafood indulgence was value for money, the quality was second to none, the staff and service was excellent and the seafood was the freshest we've ever had. It tickled our taste buds. Rated 4 out of 5 by Fantastic relaxed atmosphere in the company of great seafood that will delight your tastebuds. We were thrilled to get this experience for a present & enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of great seafood amoungst a great setting. Be warned that this is a "feast" and there is plenty of food but it is cooked to perfection and you just cant help but continue to indulge. This is a must for seafood lovers and we would definately recomend this experience to anyone. A must for a special occassion or just a casual dinning experience. Just writing this review has my tastebuds drooling for more! 4 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Very Memorable Evening Seating was special, a table for two with a great view. Service was excellent with efficient pleasant staff. The variety of sea food was exceptional and although a few less black mussels and a few more rock oysters would have been good, the freshness and taste could not be faulted and the quantity does not leave you feeling peckish at the end of the experience. We spent two hours of evening dining and never felt rushed, staff were happy to wait a suitable time after each course before serving the next and gave a good description of each course when served. Certainly a place to recommend in a great setting and we look forward to returning. 3 December 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing The service was terrible, not just slow but rude. We waited half an hour for 1 wine and a soft drink, had to ask 3 times. The second course was overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile. The third course was forgotten about and it took finding a manager to actually get it. By this time we had been waiting 45 mins. As an apology they bought over 2 wines (my husband wasnt drinking and still waiting for a soft drink. We were then charged for the complimentary wine! We were treated like very special guests. It was very relaxing and the food was plenty for 2 people. Would definitely do it again. 30 November 2012

The food was both mouth watering and plentiful. The drinks were great value and to top it all off we were treated to the Saturday night fireworks display. What a great night. 24 November 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous! Food was great. Atmosphere and view was good. Very busy restaurant but it was a Saturday night. There was plenty of food, couldn't finish the last course. This dinner was a gift to my husband and I, so it was definitely value for money. The wine was a little expensive, but we didn't pay for dinner, so that was ok. Staff were very attentive, but not in your face. We will return to nicks for dinner. We live not too far from the rivercat so we made a night of it and got the rivercat into darling harbour, never done that before. We had a lovely afternoon and evening. Recommend it to everyone! 24 November 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by An exceptional experience!! This venue has a formidable reputation, so our expectations were very high - I am delighted to report we came away genuinely delighted! From the outset, our greeting, our table placement and the quality of service were outstanding. And then there was the food - what a superb array of seafood, beautifully prepared and presented, generous servings; the only downside, which is not really a downside at all, was that we could not finish it all - we were warned though: don't eat much the meal before. The taking of this experience to the highest level, lay with the table service. The young man that waited upon us was, without question, one of the best ever - well spoken, well groomed, polite, knowledgeable of the cuisine, respectful and good fun. For us, everything clicked: 10/10. Can't see why it should be any different for you. 19 November 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Totally satisfied with our experience!! Being given a voucher for this experience was the beginning of a terrific day out for my wife and I. Booking was no problem. From the time we arrived, we we greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who ushered us to our table immediately. The food was superb in both presentation and taste, whilst the wine included is to be recommended to all. Great venue, great food and wine - great experience!! 17 November 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulour experience for lunch with lots of blue sky and water. Setting was fantastic. First and second courses of Moreton Bay bugs, oysters, prawns, etc. were fantastic. However third course of fish and chips and salad very average. We should have chosen the dessert option. Waiter couldn't have been more helpful.
